Bise spelled flour
(T80)
Bise flour is nourishing and rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins from the husk of the grain. With its pronounced taste, it is ideal for so-called “dark” bakery products and breads with a crispy crust, or to be mixed with other flours.
Whole wheat spelled flour (T130)
A wholemeal bread is made from whole grain with a little bran removed.
Wholemeal flour is the basis of wholemeal breads and special breads, it gives breads rich in texture, aromas and nutrients.
Whole wheat spelled flour (T150)
Flour is made up of the whole grain.
The sound
It is the outer shell of the grain that contains the most dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals.
