Scope of the conditions of sale:

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded with the Moulin de la Dîme flour mill, whose head office is located at 64 place de l'ESRO – B-6890 Redu (Libin), Intra-community VAT: BE 0694399541.

The price:

The prices indicated in euros are deemed to include all taxes, shipping costs not included. The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated on request.  and are applicable depending on the amount of the order. All orders are invoiced and payable in euros only.

The delivery :

The delivery time includes the time for preparing the order as well as the delivery time. The order is delivered within five days, but this does not constitute a strict deadline and the Moulin de la Dîme mill cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery.

If following your order, the product (or one of the products) requested is not available, we undertake to notify you as soon as possible to see with you if you can wait or if you wish to cancel your order.

Our products shipped by carrier travel at the risk and peril of the recipient to whom it belongs, in the event of damage or loss, to make all reservations and to exercise any recourse with the carriers, who are solely responsible.

Withdrawal period :

For the withdrawal for which you have 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods, we invite you to contact our customer relations department using our contact form.

Return of products and complaints

All complaints concerning the quality of the products, excluding any transport dispute, must be made in writing within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

No exchange or return will be made on products previously delivered.

Responsibility :

The customer will have the right to accept the products at the time of delivery. It is up to him at this time to take full responsibility for it, after checking.

The Moulin de la Dîme flour mill disclaims all liability in the event of non-performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).

La Minoterie du Moulin de la Dîme cannot be held responsible for the consequences of the use of the products sold, the user being in control of their use.

We are only bound by an obligation of means and not of result, the buyer remaining entirely responsible for the use of the products.

Applicable right :

All the clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale, as well as all the purchase transactions referred to therein, will be subject to Belgian law, the Courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Neufchâteau, Courts of the registered office of the Minoterie du Moulin de the Tithe where the contract between the parties is formed.

Buyer's acceptance:

These general conditions of sale as well as the prices are expressly approved and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect knowledge of them, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

These conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
