The Artisans who work our flour

We had to find a recipe to enhance our flours. This is what our artisan bakers have done, using sourdough in particular. No additives are added. The bread is not always the same from one artisan to another, it adapts to offer a quality product!

Millefeuille (Redu)

Located in Redu, in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, Le Millefeuille bakery offers you simple, elegant products full of artisanal know-how.

We pay particular attention to the choice of our raw materials. It is by promoting the short circuit as well as the local production of many of our ingredients that we put craftsmanship back at the heart of our creations. It is therefore possible for us to offer you a range of tasty products, which smell of sharing and authenticity.
